It really depends on what your needs, goals, and preferences are - so obviously it's a wide & unique range. I started out with higher carbs at 55, then 30 fat & 15 protein. After a couple weeks I decided to up my protein ratio to see if that had any effect (so 45/ 30/ 25) and I had more appetite control.

I'm usually 150 carbs a day, & I'm only 5'2" & losing weight. I eat freaking fabulously. I couldn't imagine & wouldn't want to only have 50 carbs. What the heck would be the point of that??? If you're having good carbs from good sources, I don't see a problem at all.

I stopped drinking cow's milk in 2006. I limit my soy, so I usually have rice milk. Organic vanilla rice milk to be technical. I know almond milk is really good for you, I just normally get rice milk. Haven't tried flax seed milk yet.

I normally do around 300/day but yesterday I did over 500. Did Insanity's "Pure Cardio" and another workout DVD. Took me about an hour & 1/2. I am very sore today haha
