SOOOOOO Monday starts round two of PHASE 2 for me. 2nd round of phase ONE I was so much stronger!! I REALLY hope to SEE a difference in round 2. I only wish I had a work out partner so that I could push heavier weight. :grumble:

Took weight, measurement, and pics today to start 30DS on Monday. Lots of good results posted on MFP so here's hoping!!

I have three pair of Fila. I really like them because they are light but give me a lot of support. Additionally they are not crazy expensive which was a consideration for me.
