Just took the test. 33 sit-ups @ 40+ years old means I am AVERAGE!! WOO HOO for being avg. LOL I am planning on starting Monday as many of the other are. Looking forward to it!!

My fav breakfast is 2 whole grain waffles with 1/2 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter on each. Then cut up a banana 1/2 on each waffle. OMGOODNESS so yummy!! I am trying to really hit the protein hard in the morning because I am lifting early in the morning.

super yum! All the flavors I have tried are great! Sea salt, Santa Fe, sour cream. You get A LOT of chips for around 110-130 cals. I love chips too and this is pretty darn close.

Thanks so much for the responses!! I think I am going to break it up and do 3x Strength training and 2x cardio. That seems to make the most sense. I do yoga on Thursday nights so I think I got the three covered this way. :wink:

I am 5'9 and just weighed in at 196. I can zip up 14s but wouldn't wear the out quite yet :blushing: :wink: 15 lbs is going to make a difference!!! PS I have a big butt and I LOVE IT !!!!
