  • Hi Ladies Over 50! I am so glad to find this group. Today I am starting my plan. Although i am not new to fitness pal the encouragement is very welcome. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. My calories per day are 1200 so any recipes or advice from others would be much appreciated.
