  • Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich. I use Food for Life 7 grain sprouted bread, 2 T. powdered peanut butter and 1 T Polaner All Fruit. The entire sandwich is just 235 Calories (pb is 7 g. fat). Delicious! I treat myself every Sunday for lunch.
  • I belong to TOPS and we weigh-in every Monday night at 6:30. Then I get home from my meeting and post my loss to MFP. Too much anxiety for me hopping on the scale at home every day. Once a week works great!

  • To steel cut oatmeal cooked in water, I add 1/2 packet Truvia, 1 small appled diced (microwave 1 minute), 2 teas. vanilla extract, 2 teas. cinnamon, 1/3 c. 1% milk, 1/2 ounce sliced almonds. Delicious!
