I wouldn't say I have an addiction..but...I have a hectic life and I have committed to thirty days fast food free...I am hoping that at the end of thirty days I will be able to start making decisions and staying away from fast food.. if you want some support i am sending a FR now :)

I really like mixing mine with coffee and just a splash (Not even a quarter cup) of skim milk....SOOOO Good!

I weigh every morning....it shows me if I am working hard enough in the day to day but I only record my weight once a week on fridays. :) I know some think it is obsessive to weigh every day but I would hate to get to the end of the week and know that I wasted a whole week and went no where...it keeps my focused on my day…

Gym Pact...It keeps me accountable for working out...And I also use Run Keeper to connect with my Gym Pact app so I can run outside. It track my times and distance really well!

I love the chocolate one most but have tried the chocolate peanut butter one too. I take a scoop of chocolate and add it to ten ounces of coffee and mix in two ounces of milk...tastes soooo much like a mocha drink!! I love it! Drink it almost every morning!!!!

I love this app!!!! It's So much fun! The first time I used it I seriously kept dodging the "Bombs"....haha I probably looked like a fool but my workout went so quick!!!

I tried this once....they didn't cook well and all they tasted like was eggs with a weird banana flavor...not a fave at all!! I would rather hard boil the eggs and eat a banana!

That happens to me a lot. My biggest weakness though is late at night! I have awful munchies at night!!! hahaha! this sounds like my hubby! My husband is overweight as am I and I would really like to make this a family change but he doesn't see as anything is wrong. I have a heart condition and high intensity stuff does NOT work for me...I pass out! So walking has been a great alternative!!
