i just started taking it today after doing some research on it. it is relatively inexpensive compared to some. vitamin shoppe has 180 caps (about a months worth) for $25.

Well I made my first batch this weekend. It was SO SO EASY! I started it Friday night so that it could sit in the oven overnight. Saturday mornng I was a little concerned because it seemed to have alot of liquid on top. I was going to strain it for greek-style anyway so after I did that it was nice and thick and creamy.

This is a great thread and i have to try this this weekend. a question for those of you who say you can use the whey....how? what do i do with it?
