SW in December - 166 SW on MFP - 160 CW -145.3 GW - 140 UGW - 140 (although I may try for 135...that would put me slightly below 22 BMI, but I'm happy even now!)

I'm up to try to strengthen my core! I have under 10 lbs for my goal weight so it'd be great to firm up that area. I know some people older and younger than me (I'm only 37!) who have had back problems, so anything to help so I don't end up in that category is good! Thanks for setting it up and finding this program!

EA Sports Active, Wii Fit (LOVE), and Just Dance. Even the Sports and Sports Resort are good. I love the Wii...just start doing it and you're one step ahead!

I feel awful when I fall off the wagon, too! I have an enormous sweet tooth (and my husband doesn't...so it all gets to me in the house!) and I love to eat! If I do binge, I try to do it lo-cal and healthy (at least, healthier!) foods. Eat Special K chips instead of Doritos, eat Larabars or Fiber One Bars instead of Candy…

The Fruit and Walnut salad - snack size is 210 calories with apples, grapes, candied walnuts and yogurt dipping sauce.

Try PB2 - still peanuts, but only 45 calories per serving (I can't get it in my grocery store, but I got it off Amazon).

Some people need the gym - I'm not one of them. I live in a small town with few options. I do outdoors things (winter or summer related activities since I live "up north"), use my Wii, and walk whenever I can. Have some weights, too, for strength training.

I eat them usually, but just part of a serving. If they are small they last if you eat them slowly. Put it in a bowl/on a plate and put the bag or container away. Otherwise, get a small spoon and eat slowly (like ice cream)...make it last. Eat merigunes really slowly, too. Not many calories. I have a perpetual sweet tooth!

I took a vacation and did a LOT of walking and eating (somewhat responsibly). I did not drink enough water though. When I came back I thankfully was the same weight. The next three days I gained a pound, even though I was under my calorie count. I think my body just needed to adjust - then I went down 1.5lbs today. There…
