500 to 600... but it really depends on how often...I would add a 100 calories for each full nursing session...you will know because your supply will dip.

Maybe you were not drinking enough before and now your thirst mechanism is back on track? That happened to me...if I ignore my thirst long enough it goes away and I jsut get by, but if I drink what I am supposed to...I can tell when I am below like instantly.

People are so rude. I thought 150's because that is how I look in that range...but I am 5'5" Great work...I started at 196, isn't it a great feeling.
