Hahaha this^^^^^ and when my hubby will pick up my water bottle and start drinking from it! I'm like that water has already been logged, now I have to figure up how much you drank so I can make up for it! Or when he takes "some" of my pre prepped snacks out of the lil snack bags I already counted/measured... lol

Or if you where a heart rate monitor you can create it under Cardiovascular and just name the workout dvd and add your personalized calories burned. Do you have a HRM?

Yea its definitely that time of year! My Zumba instructor was just saying how the class size keeps getting smaller and smaller as the weeks come! She said the warmer it gets outside, the less people come. But I'm pretty much on here everyday, so anyone feel free to add me!

No liars here! Its definitely possible...my high-intensity Zumba class gets me anywere from 550-600 calories burned in an hour. Then if I do the elliptical that morning for 45-60 min thats almost another 400...Just depends on how intense you are working out. I can do the same Zumba class with my friend and she burns less…

Hahaha Yea Really! lol I got to Recovery week and I thought I would be stretching the whole DVD. Man was I wrong! lol and with the Recovery week it really makes the program 67 days, not 60!

Some great tips here! Weekends are my major problem too! I think it has a lot to do with our routines M-F and then we don't really have one on the weekend so its like my mind has lost control! lol But I like the weighing in on Friday and Monday thing. And eating later in the mornings...That is so true because we do stay up…

Go with your HRM...I only trust that when it comes to machines and MFP and enter my true calories burned based off my HRM.

That number is so scary for me, to up my calories goals to 1960 calories a day just because I work out 3-5 days a week? This is making me nervous lol (It seems like so many calories!) But I am kinda intrigued and want to experiement with this for this week and see what happens.

Thats crazy! I guess I have been way under. It says that my TDEE is 2800 which means that if I decrese by 20% I should be eating 2,240 calories a day and if I decrease by 30% I should be eating around 1,960 calories a day! I wonder if this is why my weight loss has been so slow! I have my calorie intake set to 1420 based…

I'm with you, I'm 5'7" and my happy weight was always between 163-167. Anything smaller than that and I definitely did not look right! lol My sister's would call me bobble head and say I looked anorexic. So even if I got to 170 right now I would be so HAPPY :) But then again who's counting, I just want to be FIT!
