Just found this thread -- I'm in! I've been cycling for a while, but fell out of it when it got so hot. I'm going to shoot for 40 miles per week (not including long rides on weekends). 8/7- 12.4 miles

Ann.... I don't have a problem with it, it just sounds so Southern (Kelly Ann). And I only hear it when my Mom is mad at me. :)

I do spinning classes four days a week and rowing classes twice a week. About to add TRX training at least two days a week, three if I can manage a 5:45 AM class (not so sure about that one...).

I prefer a body that's intelligent, thoughtful, with a great sense of humor. :) (and bulky, less cut)

251 -- which is 50 pounds heavier than I was the day before my son was born. I'm 6', so I fooled myself into believing that it wasn't that big a deal. On my way back down now!
