La Tortilla High Protein Low Carb. For the most part has eliminated eating high calorie and high carb bread.

The symptoms you describe can be something else. Check with another doctor and/or have more tests. These symptoms at your age are not normal.

6 ft 0 inches weight 172 pounds. Size is not an issue.

MSM not reporting the truth. Shocker.

You have heard from other folks about joining and general gym environment, which is accurate and pretty much universally true. So no fears on that. But I would submit you are as fearful about possible failure of the program because perhaps you have tried before and been unsuccessful or a host of other reasons. Do not be.…

I log exercise and strenuous activity calories which I consider to be over and above normal daily activity. I would never dream of eating back all the calories that I burn up. I just don't need that much food. I have been able to lose weight at will and maintain with no real effort by keeping the macros in a range. Not…

Legal name changing is going to be a massively big industry when these boobs figure out if it is on the internet not only do they not own it, but they can't remove it.

Check your BMR cals. I am your weight, 3 inches taller but my BMR cal requirement is about 1700, yours would be very close to that. If you are burning on average say 300 cals per day exercing and doing nothing else but sitting or lying down, you are at 1100, too low. My guess is that you are replacing and burning those…

Whomever has time for this needs to re-purpose their life. I don't really see that much of it frankly if you consider the number of people making random comments to random folks. I expect most people ignore the nonsense and receive and give as they can. What we don't need is more regulation, so let it flow as it may and…

Nice try but it's going to take them a while to get that rolling. I selected high protein, low carb and low sodium and the first three were IHOP, Domino's and Starbucks. Something tells me that app is going to need a little bit of work and more members than the giant chain processed foods emporiums.

Worry less. Stress is not a weight loser. Work and be active more. Eat a little less. Take your time. You can do it. It is math, with some minor variables.

I am too old to care about name calling. Great place to be. "Skinny". Awesome. Enjoy it. Am sure you can come up with a plausible retort to it.

Defeat the ghrelin gremiin. Walnuts, and other nuts. Go for it. Good luck.

If you arrive early enough, all the ugly girls will be gone before 8 pm.

I see the 140's in your immediate future. Fantastic job. Good luck

Fiber is generally not digested. So if you eat 100g of carbs, and the fiber content is 30g, the net is 70g carbs. My recommendation is a moderated carbs dietary intake. It is much easier to accomplish the transition. The don't eat anything white philosophy usually gets it done. Burger no bread. Chicken no roll, etc. Limit…

It's a great plan. Walking burns fat period. If you are in the 55% to 75% of Maximum Heart Rate, you are burning fat. So walk fast, you are young. With all your still remaining T at your age, you are going to be a shirtless wonder in no time. Don't worry about bulk, that is incredibly hard to do actually. Pay attention to…

Washing dishes in a commercial environment is a pretty high burn, at home, on the other hand, I don't recall breaking a sweat loading the dishwasher except for that time the AC was out. On the other hand, mowing the lawn is at least "walking, moderate pace" as are many other activities. It's not cheating, it's life.…

Change as much or as soon as you can your definition of "fussy eater". The new fussy you will eat unprocessed foods. You will be fussy about limiting (not eliminating) your carb intake. You will be extremely fussy about grains and other high glycemic foods that drive your pancreas crazy daily, jack up your insulin…

Re: Your query on sodium and carbs Personally I try to average 1500mg of Na a day or less. This is only possible if you cut most processed foods out of your diet, cut dairy quite a bit and only eat lean meats and fish for protein. On carbs I go for 100-120g per day of net carbs (carbs minus insoluable fiber) This is based…

It's not a major factor for you right now. Focus on your program for fitness and weight loss, and the body fat percent number will drop. If you would like to use bf percent as a marker, then get a scale or a hand held BF percent calculator. The internet sites are not accurate. Good luck. As you lose weight your Bf percent…

You cant put the food back on the plate. Move on. Do better tomorrow. Go for a walk. Burn up the calories. Be healthy.

Ketosis by definition means the body is burning fat for energy. Do a bit more research to gain a greater understanding. Good luck.

Logging water is an unnecessary time vampire. Drink when you are thirsty, drink water with meals and drink a little more when you are active. Drink a little extra if you are trying to lose weight.

Go down on carbs and up on protein. During (and still) my weight loss journey I tracked carbs, protein, fat, saturated fat daily. My goal, not always achieved, is 100-120 net carbs a day. This is based on MFP's setting of 1810 cal/day, which is supposed to lose me a pound a week. It is not anymore, because I am eating back…

raid the cubbords. work it off tomorrow. weight loss is a journey and not supposed to be miserable. if you eat the right macros of fat, protein and carbs, you should not be a raider too often. start with more fat and protein in the morning. good luck and best wishes

What is your height?

presuming you mean motivated for fitness, my answer would be to avoid hospitals, doctors, big pharma or worse as number one. number two would be strength for everyday living. number three would be, having now accomplished a new weight and level of fitness, staying in all the new smaller clothes. And so on. Best wishes to…

So great a story and happy for you that Big Pharma is missing your pill business. That being said, whatever you did have to take kept you alive long enough for you to solve many of your issues yourself, almost always the best way. Way to go. Good luck.
