  • I just started it this morning and boy am I out of shape! I do a lot of yoga, but cardio is my downfall. I had to stop a bit cause I couldn't breathe. :'( According to my watch I burned 211 cal but it felt like much more. I really want to finish the program. I did P90 about 4 months ago, but I only did a month and a half.…
