I know all about the clinical depression. It also ticks me off that I have no work out buddy to help keep me challenged, but MFP definitely helps with that. Request sent.

You can log your calories burned in strength training under cardiovascular. Invest in a HRM. I did last week and Im glad I did. Good luck to you!!:bigsmile:

Im in on this one ;). I usually feel really lazy on saturdays or sundays.

Sounds kind of high. For me I burn in between 90-100cals in 10min. Around 375-380cals in 30 minutes.

I would invest in a HRM. Its good to have around for when you do want to walk/run outside. Elliptical all the way!!!! I get a better work out on it and I burn DLB the calories. Its so much easier on my joints. Its what works best for you.

Considering it's 9pm and sort of late to be eating......Chew some sugar free gum and drink lots of water or drink lots of water, call it a day, and go to sleep for the night. This is what I do anyways! Best of luck to you :bigsmile:

So far Ive lost 17lbs. Ive lost 1" in my hips 2" in my chest (go figure!) NONE in my mid section!! We love it! I do think it does taste a little different, but not a bad different. I make meat loaf using all ground turkey and we actually prefer it with the turkey instead of beef.. Enjoy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Jeep! Ive always wanted 1 and Ive got my 1st Jeep in March of 2011. Its a 2005 Grand Cherokee Limited. I wouldn't own anything else! I would love to own a Wrangler as well. Maybe sometime soon!

I usually stay on for 30min and I burn in between 365-375 calories.. Depends is I slow up at all. Hope this helps!

I'm not taking any kind of supplement, but have spoke to my Dr, about the subject. She said if I'm going to take any at all then she would recommend taking Alli. Good luck with your decision.

I think you know what you need to do, but nothing comes easy. You did mention infidelity and from what Im reading, it sounds like hes making excuses to fight /argue. It sounds like this man doesnt care much. I wish you the best of luck with the choices you decide to make.

I buy frozen yogurt all the time. I usually buy chocolate and vanilla. If your craving ice cream, it an awesome substitute. The brand I normally buy is Bonnie Doone. I love how the vanilla taste like homemade ice cream. Buy some and give it a try.

I go to the gym 6 days a week and I usually start with cardio and finish with strength training. I was wondering the same thing. You're still burning calories with the strength training so I think they should count.
