Yes 10 days level one, 10 on level two and 10 on level three... unless you feel you need an extra day before moving on. My calves hurt the most!! Those damn jumping jacks and jump robes... feels like my calves are being torn apart lol.

They don't have a 30 day shred excercise programmed so I just use the "Circuit Training" option.
