Most slimfast products have too much sugar, and not enough protein/fiber to keep you as full as they claim. I don't worry too much if it's natural sugar, just don't go fruit crazy, throw some veggies in there too! As far as staying within macros, I try to stay under in calories, fat and carbs. I found cafe al fresco syrups at Dollar Tree and love the hazelnut flavor! I'd highly recommend a flavor syrup as substitute for sugar. :)

Depending on whatyou use to mix the shakes with, try using whole milk to bump up your calorie intake? And perhaps a tablespoon of another type of nut butter in there for good measure. :]

At home I drink either from the tap or from the brita pitcher (which hasn't had a filter change in too long..). At work I refill a bottle with fountain water all the time. As long as the water is cold, it's delicious to me.
