I usually look at the work outs on Bodybuilding.com or FitnessRx for women. Sometimes I will do the exact workout that I find and sometimes I will modify.

Don't be scared of the weight room. I look forward to my lifting day. I would recommend throw some headphones on, get in the zone, and only focus on yourself and your techique.

20 minutes on any cardio machine and I am bored to tears. I would recomment high intensity interval training. This can be done cardio equipment or circuit training with weights. Plus there has been increasing evidence that shows that HIIT can burn more calories than one speed training.

With some creativity you should be able to . I would check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workout/exercise.html It is a great database of weight with videos and written instruction. There are some days I live on this website learning about new lifts and even more importantly how to do them correctly.
