Yes I weigh more than my S/O I am trying to lose/maintain my weight while he is trying to gain weight. I do HIT 3 days a week then the other two days I go walking, lift weights, or do boxing. Sometimes I work out 7 days a week. If I can I do fit in more than one work out not all time but I do try to do it.

A lot of people don’t like to work out on a full stomach for it makes them sick. But if you find yourself needing a little something a light snack I would suggest. For me I drink my water mostly for it fills me up along with my work out drink. Then when I am all done I mix up a healthy Smoothie

It is quick fast and easy and I was once told by a bottling place for soda they add more ingredients during the summer months and then the winter months they take it out so you will drink even more. When I have the time I like to make my own homemade bread as for it, tastes better when homemade and if made right it costs less, and are healthier.

I do HIT but I would never do the fasting I rather have high quality good nutrient in my body. Depends on the meaning of your fasting I guess like staying away from certain foods yes I have done that but I always replace it with other or equal replacements at the time.

From what I have heard by the end of Jan-Feb the new ppl don't stick with it and give up. I don't have this issues but I can see where it could become a problem for regluars. I love the cheat day myself but it always gets me in the end especialy on the the weekends. I too need to just stick to a plan and up hold it. For me the WII has been pretty well dead on in what I have been doing or fairly close. I think the WII is set somewhere in the middle to be honest. The best way to be really accurate I would say is one needs to invest the proper equipment to monitair ones progression.
