Weight Lifting, and Cardio 7 days a week here if I can I don't like missing a day in the gym I aslo do weight training in the water as well Love it.. Along with Jazzercise classes as well. Always have done a lot of weight training.

Water is water not tea anything you mix into it or add to it is no longer plain water. If you have lemon water you should add a slice of lemon. If you have tea even if it is brewed.

My Grandma use to do this all the time and yes it is very good for you, hot tea with honey, or honey and hot water I use to have a book on all the ways you could take it. But this is the way I like it best there is also a home made version of cough syrup that is made with it as well

I have been told many diffrent things in the past from Doctors some I don't always agree with but I have had a body scan done a safe weight for me is between 132 lbs and 143 lbs. My thigh is 19" at the thickest part and I am 5'5" there really isn't a right answer for this in my book I would say go for what is right for you and you feel comfertable as long as it is healthy.

I would say sports if he wants to dont force him or he will hate it and he should choose what he wants to play.
