Yeah I have a tramp stamp and one on my shoulder and I want to get more but have not found the right tattoo artist to do them nor something that isn't going to break the bank. I have had a total of 3 done but one is a cover up.

Yeah this is an ongoing issue for me. I have 19 lbs to lose before goal but I will continue to use the site for I will set more goals and try to keep it all in check especially on days that I am leading up to training for a 5k or some other type of training running/ weight lifting. We are all diffrent!!! :smile: :tongue:

I am not a guy, but I think wherein my ring while lifting it gets in the way even when doing other work I take off my rings just because I have almost ripped my finger right off or ripped the skin to the bone while getting it caught on stuff. I feel guilty when I don’t where mine and very Naked LOL

Depends who is in the house “LOL” if we have company yeah sure I shut the door but if it is just family we don’t always shut it the bathrooms are way upstairs or way in the basement. I always shut it when taking a bath or shower to keep the warmth in but I never lock the door while in there just in case something happens.

There are many videos on YouTube that can help you light yoga is a good start or find videos that are pt (physical Therapy) related. Modify work outs so it will not over tax your knee but before being or doing any type of exercise I would ask your doctor.

I have always used a combo of cardio/weights. Unless I am just lifting then I will stretch first then go into lifting then into cardio. But most of the time I am doing a combo of cardio with weights.

Depending on how intense it is I would say log it under either high or low intensities work out.

You need a combination of work out cardio/strength that is why I like when classes I take pull them all together into a routine so I don’t get stuck. But sometimes to gain results one needs to build or work up to the goal that is at hand.

For me the weekends can be a bad thing as well I try to schedule my three meals a day but sometimes it is hard plus to snacks sometimes my meals and snacks run together but I just log it and go for it. If it were me I would snag that up in a heart beat if it is only going to be like $20.00 bucks a month. I rather have a personal trainer as for then I know what I am doing is going to be or should be right. KEY just remember if you are not enjoying yourself then it while working out it is not worth it good luck have fun.
