Mines boring but I use it for almost everything (never anything to do with banking, bills or private type things) so I can remember. I'm a FT firefighter, and one of the guys on the dept kept saying "hey girley, whats up" So firegirley just stuck :)

I second the spaghetti squash but I like it in a casserole w/ FF ricotta, FF mozzerella, ground lean turkey and diced tomatoes w/ basil. My go-to sweet snack is rolling grapes in FF SF red jello (raspberry or strawberry) powder, then freeze. They are like chewy cold candies!!

Damn!! No wiggle room for a glass of wine :( I'll be sure to exercise tomorrow if the weathers better. THEN I'll enjoy a glass or two (or bottle) of my favorite Reisling!! Also a fan of coconut rum with diet Mtn Dew....

We can totally relate. Here in the USA, we feel the same about the words "Retard" and "Retarded". People also use it in slang, but inevitably, it is hurtful to any person with disbilities. It must be Englands version. Thanks for teaching us.
