I don't put anything in my mouth I don't log accurately, I use grams to make sure it's as accurate as possible and weigh everything I eat or drink. my bmr is 1,435 and my tdee (if i calculate it 5 times a week) is about 2,099. because my bmr is so low i thought that if i ate a net 1,200 calories, id only be burning 200 calories a day and so would not get any results!
