I don't like to do a full DAY of cheating. If I know I'm going to have something bad for dinner, than I go about my morning as usual, maybe even eat less, so at the end of the day I'm only like 500 over. Not so bad!

i have that too! i lose inches, but i carry a pouch of chub right on my ribs, under my bust! i don't know how to make it flatten with the rest of my stomach.. so strange!

as much as food is my crutch, bad days are always solved for me by going to the gym, or for a run, and proving to yourself that you're bigger than you're bad day. don't binge and ruin your whole week because that will just make you feel even worse tomorrow! trust me girl. i have some food associated guilt issues. ps. i…

hey! i'm 5'2 and i eat 1150 a day and i eat my exercise calories but only when i'm really hungry! sw 144 cw 138 gw 120 i was 120 not so long ago and TOTALLY fell off the wagon so i'm jumping back on and ready to go!
