BS in psychology with a minor in health science. Went to grad school for MSEd in community counseling. Decided I needed to have more options and went back and earned K-12 school counseling certificate. Whew. No doctorate. Had enough!

I grew up in Pittsburgh, near the Heinz factory. We always have it in the fridge and a backup in the cupboard. I can't imagine eating without it. Even a little dab will do ya!

Thanks for the encouragement. I couldn't have done it without myfitnesspal! It's been a great day. It's our 13th anniversary. And my hubby took me to a fantastic German place. I put a pair of capri pants that were too tight last year, and they slid right off! I'm glad.
