Any suggestions on what store brands of bread freeze well? Does homemade bread freeze better than commercial bread-commercial bread probably has preservatives in.

Thanks, I hope you don't mind if I take a look at your food diary for ideas. I'm was told to eat protein at every meal( I have 4 sm meals a day) but I find eating animal protein 4 times difficult and hard to digest....
-
thanks for your response, I'm thinking about making one of my meals a veggie meal using beans of some sort but I'm worried about the carb content being too high. I've look through the food diaries of the biggest loser here at MFP and I don't see a lot of bean eaters.

My condolences. I have 2 corgis, one old and one young and I dread the day I have to put the old one to sleep.
-
Congratulations, you look great! Being so close to ideal weight, maybe you need to move out of weight loss mode and into muscle building mode. Up the calories and hit the weights extra hard.
-
Losing 70 pds is quite an accomplishment.-you should be very proud of yourself. Sounds like your mother in law is jealous. Send here up here to MFP so we can adjust her attitude!

http://www.polar.fi/e_manuals/FT4/Polar_FT4_user_manual_English/Polar_FT4_user_manual_EN.pdf I just order a PolarFT4 today from Amazon. I researched some HRM manuals to see which ones look easy to use and the Polar seem to fit the bill.

I'm in for 60 miles- 3 miles per day, 5 days a week. For days above freezing temperature I'm going to walk outside using my pedometer at 6000 which is equivalent to 3 miles.
-
I would like to know this too. Also what kind of calorie burn does one get with a LS 3 mile workout- I don't own a heart monitor.
-
Your going to be one beautiful bride!
-
Thanks for this info! This is so helpful. I was under the belief that fat is always burned before muscle
-
Super...goes to show you can still look super hot even after having kids!
-
Wow.....I didn't know that LS walking and Jillian Micheal's videos were so effective!
-
I guzzle down two 8oz glasses of water before I'm allowed my meals-this seams to fill me up a bit..

Nice job. What are your future plans for working out? Are you looking to add in barbell work? What about your leg workout?
