Hi, my name is Kristy. I have been married for 18 years and battling my weight since my children were born (ages 17,14,10). I am runner and biker. However, I am battling a knee injury and may require surgery. So, I need to watch my food intake and found this great site! I plan on losing 10 lbs and can't wait for 2012.
