1. Don't go. 2. If you do go, don't eat breakfast or dinner. Eat as much as you want and get your fill. Enjoy yourself. Don't add sodium to prepared foods (ie soy sauce). Hi, I'm 5' 8" and currently 202 lbs. When I started in 2010 I was at 228. My current goal is to get below 200, actually 197 which will put me in the overweight category. Based on my BMI, I am currently level 1 Obese, which is not where I want to be. I was 135 in high school and super skinny. My target weight is 165 lbs.
