  • Hi, I'm 5' 8" and currently 202 lbs. When I started in 2010 I was at 228. My current goal is to get below 200, actually 197 which will put me in the overweight category. Based on my BMI, I am currently level 1 Obese, which is not where I want to be. I was 135 in high school and super skinny. My target weight is 165 lbs.
