you're welcome:smile:

Yeah thinspiration/thinspo is a word that gets used a lot in pro-Ana community online, and Tumblr has had a particular problem with ED tumblrs (just check the thinspo tag!) and have recently tried to cut down on them (http://tinyurl.com/cymg7vy). The weight loss tumblrs/people who want to get fit tend to use…

Oops I missed it! I am the worst Doctor Who fan ever!

I bought measuring cups from Asda! Not sure how the cup sizes compare to American ones. But I use them with American recipes all the time and they work for me! I posted my ingredients above if you want measurements! They're all sifted weights (as I'm lazy and just sifted it in a bowl over my kitchen scales!).

Oh wow these turned out great! Thanks for the recipe OP. I used fat free yogurt instead of oil and over baked mine a tiny bit (still getting used to my halogen oven) and they turned out great. Cut mine into 8 pieces, came to 85 calories per slice! I just have to try and keep my hands off them.

Yeah that's what I've wondering. They're going to be tiny (lol said the fattie) if they're going to be 18 pieces.

FML. Seriously FML. So I just got done doing the day 1 of the 30 day shred, was looking forward to testing out my hrm. Burned 0 cals according to my HRM. I didn't set it up properly. Forget to start the bleeding stop watch didn't I? I've just logged it as 20 minute circuit training. At least I'll know not to make that…

Depression, I was quite thin as a child and wasn't really a foodie, but I started getting bullied and got depressed and well...ate and ate till I felt better. I feel like a doubled in size in the space of a few years, the worst I felt the more I ate and boy did it help. Chocolate was my poison, I remember on bad days I…

I'm not sure if they have reduced areas in American Supermarkets, but in the ones here in the UK, they'll often reduce fruit and veg at the end of the day. Always check the food when you're buying of course, but never trust sell by dates/used by dates because a lot of the time the food is perfectly fine to eat. They were…

I'd stay in Britain (currently live in Scotland) and maybe move to England or Wales. And abroad if I had to pick 2 places (because I can't pick one) it would be New York and Dubai!

Feel free to add me if you want!

LOL, people have tried it and said it tastes good, plus it's Doctor approved ;) So I might try it and call it diet food  I think I will

Mainly Tesco and Lidl and occasionally Asda and Aldi. I'd definitely recommend Lidl and Aldi (especially if you're a classy bird like me), since they have a lot of healthy food i.e Veg and fruit for cheap! Aldi have a 6 for 59p deal and you can get cheap fruit and veg. We usually go to Lidl first for fruit and veg (since…

Does this mean I won't die if I occasionally eat unhealthy food yet stay within my calorie limit? haha. I've been eating home cooked meals and veg since I started (nearly a month now), but I have food like fish fingers/sticks, mini pizzas etc in the freezer and I've told myself I'll treat myself to them when I reach my…

UNF, now that's my kind of diet ;)

1. I'd pick the handicapped, but I'd be quick and feel really bad about it afterwords. 2. a cheap HRM or more food. 3. House cleaner, I'm such a slob.

Hello! I'm from cold Aberdeen :)
-
Wow! You look amazing! what a transformation, congrats!
-
Well I do a bit both, I plan some meals (for example if I've made enough for a few nights) and I usually have porridge in the morning, so I'll add that to my diary. But I tend to log for the day, just in case I feel like eating something else or I have to eat out etc. Works best for me :)
-
I keep it simple, I had some today with salad (cabbage, lettuce, carrot, tomato, spring onions/scallions etc) and a few tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese with some brown rice :) and had it with wholemeal bread the day before Or I'll mix it with yogurt and a bit of dijon mustard and have it on a sandwich much like tuna…

I'm from Aberdeen in the UK :D

I've seen cheap soy milk at home bargins before, not sure about almond milk! Yep H&B is your best bet I'd say!
-
Wow, that is amazing! Scratch that you're amazing! What an inspiration, you look fantastic! Congratulations. :D

Thanks for the info! I'm from up North (Scotland) but hooray!

I love Glasgow, nicest (and most violent when drunk :P) people in Britain I'd say! I have a great time when I go there. I love Manchester and London too.
-
You can always make a filling low calorie soup and have a piece of bread with it, even half a low calorie sandwich would make a filling meal! Or half a sandwich with lots of garden salad :)
-
Ha pretty much the same as mine. I love porridge, I use half a banana (I think a full one would make up most of my daily sugar intake!) and some sugar free strawberry jam sometimes, along with a cup of green tea! I'll swap the fruit around every so often, depends on what I have at home really! Sometimes I'll have an Egg…
