  • Thank you.. I have just been on that and a few others, I'm happy that on average I burn around 200 calories. Some said more but I'm going to stick with 200. Looking forward to being half a stone lighter! Thanks for all your advice xx

  • Thanks, yes a HRM sounds like a good idea. I would have thought that MFP would have the different types of yoga as they vary so much in calorie burn. MFP just has stretch yoga or hatha yoga which is the easiest type and will only burn approx 100 kcals in 30 mins, so there is a big difference with Vinyasa as it's more…
