  • I'm confused! After not having worked out at all & with no control over food for 6 weeks, I lost 1 lb. And, now after another similar week, I lost 2lbs. I use the scale at the gym and am wondering if something's wrong with the scale or is it something else? I feel my thighs a slightly fatter though. :huh:
