I'm in. Though I wish we'd start this on a Monday since its easier to remember what week I/we are in. Anyway, I'm still going to try and do week 1 before Monday. Will post my stats later.

nice job sas!! i'm lost a pound...down to 153lbs now...2 more to go...Gonna be tough since i've been aiming for 2lbs/week but have consistently losing at the rate of 1.5lbs/week. I'm happy with that rate but have to meet my goal for 10/25..wish me luck :) Good luck to you'll too!!

meagalayne, your day/night seems too hectic but like someone said earlier on this thread, that if you are staying awkae longer, you will need more food. So eat more if you are feeling hungry/tired. That happens with me too!!! Just that I didn't realize that the exercise makes me feel good and make healthy eating choices. Although at the back of mind I guess I knew that since I always say that when I'm exercising regularly, I tend to eat healthy & when I I'm not, I can't control what I eat :)
