I was thinking of making some sort of veggie burger but yeah, I think anything with beans in it would count. All of the bean dishes I can think of are vegetarian I've done 360 stairs today. Decided to split it into sets of 10 climbs so 120 stairs in each set. Makes it seem a smaller number

I only count exercise that isn't part of my everyday life. I want to get fitter and that's not going to happen just doing what I already do. @Meowler Zumba = flailing is exactly right! I was surprised by how difficult I found it when I thought I was reasonably coordinated
