No pics, but I'm 5'2" and have dropped from 147 to 137 in the last month doing 30DS and eating better. I love it! I just ordered ripped in 30 to start next :)

Started lvl2 of 30DS here today. I went through 30DS this past summer, but forgot how hard it is when you first bump up a level! So, I'm pretty sore, but since I work 12 hours tomorrow, it'll have to be a rest day. So, I was thinking about starting 6W6P tonight...

My plan is to do 30DS 3-4 days, eliptical on the "off" days, and one day of rest each week. I'm planning on spending 2 weeks at each level, and I've already done one week of lvl1.
