I never thought I would be Pepsi or soda free (no soda since 12/11) went from drinking 4-5 cans a day to none. YAY ME!!!!:smile: I never thought I would enjoy working out (especially riding my bike)

try using circuit training under the exercise tab, put in amount of time and it should give you the cal. burn. I usually burn aroung 310 cal for 25 minutes...hope this helps

Count me in SW: 205 My goal for Feb is to lose at least 15 lbs. I do cardio in the form of walking 4-5 times per week and I also do strength training 3-5 days per week. I'm so looking forward to losing this month. Im on a low carb/high protein eating plan at this time.

this is what I do as well, started 12/2/11 and down 18lbs so far, had a rough patch around Christmas. I also drink half my weight in ounces of water.

Awww Pepsi was my drink as well 4-5 a day. When I decided to get healthy I went cold turkey. NO Pepsi since 12/1/11.
