I'm in the same boat. Today a patient brought in cupcakes and brownies(to die for), Reese's peanut butter eggs and Cadbury eggs. I was given one of each egg. I'm having the same problem. I know I need to quit for health reasons, besides cigs not being good for you. My hubby invested in a E-cig for me(the flavored liquid kind). Not as good as the real thing, but i am willing to stick with it.

I actually put in little to no exercise. So would I eat back the calories??

I calculated my TDEE with a 20% cut and it gave me 1620 to eat. My question would be do I eat back my exercise calories using this method meaning I would have to NET 1620 for the day or just eat the 1620, workout and not worry about the exercise calories. Please help! Thanks Michelle
