This is our family favorite as well. I do not use water. For topping I use sugarfree caramel dip. I spread very thin layer of the dip while the cake is still warm and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

I use my hrm and spinning 45 min = 430 - 450. I enter it as stationary bike, vigorous effort, 30 min, it shows as 433 calories burned.

I believe shoes can make a difference, especially if you have issues with overpronation or underpronations. Love Trader Joe's! Many of my favorites have already been listed. Do not think I saw anyone mentioning TJ's Multigrain Baking & Pancake Mix and canned light coconut milk, those are always in my pantry. TJ'sis the only place were I have seen lower sodium salsa.

It is so easy for me to gain weight as well, I can also easy gain 10lb over the course of two weeks. I know that I have to plan ahead, if I do not, chances are I will make some bad decisions that will lead to more bad decisions.

I make steel cut oatmeal in the slow cooker overnight and then divide it in smaller portions and freeze them. I use 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats, 4 cups water and 2 cups milk.
