I did log a gnat once that flew into my mouth when I was running. Its in the database. Just for ****s and giggles. But generally if I have one bite of something I don't log it. No 'cheat days' but I exercise more if I know we're going out to dinner or getting dessert or whatever. Otherwise I just eat small portions of whatever I want. I generally don't eat a lot of junky stuff anyway, don't keep it in the house.

Yep! My psychologist says I fit into this category. I fit the majority the criteria except that I am in the normal weight for my height. But I still don't get my TOM, have horrible body image, and restrict.

Or you could just write a generic 'nice' or 'way to go'. RunKeeper has a 'healthy' button that is like the like button. No one uses it. It feels patronizing.

Some work places don't have fridges or microwaves, so bringing something room temperature, or having warm yogurt or a soggy lean cuisine meal isn't going to work. How come this is bad, but when another person moans that a cheesecake spoiled their day, people placate them by saying 'oh one won't hurt for today' or 'you won't gain weight from just one'? Are people just fishing for support to make them feel better about what they did?
