Thanks for all the info. I just love working on my workout and am coming to really looking forward to it. I don't really look forward to working out at a lesser capacity. I think this might have been the biggest goal I had in all this, enjoying working my muscles. I'm loving it!

I've collected a variety of ab dvds and try and do one (5-10 minutes) or two a day along with the cardio. The cardio to shrink and the ab exercises to see a notable difference there when the weight falls off. Because it will, right?!?!?! :wink:

I'm a little confused on how you know just how many calories you burn with a dvd. How did you know that you burned 254 calories doing that workout?

I haven't tried those, but I really like the Denise Austin ab workouts. She has three 10 minute routines in one dvd for variety.
