  • I use a heart rate monitor for daily burn - and the calories Daily Burn has is about double what my heart rate monitor says for cardio activities. It's fairly accurate for lower heart rate activities like pilates or yoga.

  • Just an FYI - if you want to go to Alcatraz, get your tickets as early as possible. Apparently they sell out quickly and we were unable to go while there. Oh, and most hotels in San Francisco charge for parking.
