I agree as well. If your hear rate remains elevated, I count it as the burn with the workout. That's why it's always important to consider afterburner as well with different types of exercise.

Thanks for this!!! I love when someone does the work for me :) and I love chipotle! I also use the chipotle flavored Tabasco there so add a but more flavor

I pop mine myself just in a stock pot with a bit of coconut oil and a little sea salt. It's so good I crave it all the time and its super easy to do! And really low in calories too
