Honestly, the only people who find hydroxycut successful are the ones that are making a killing off this useless med.

I really do like dark chocolate better, even did as a child. If we all liked the same things though, the world would be a boring place!

Did you gain to your current weight in just a few weeks? No. You're not going to lose that quickly, I'm sorry. My advice is enter your stats into MFP, and let it calculate how much you should eat. Purchase yourself a digital food scale, and weigh, not measure, all the food you eat. Don't forget to count sauces and oils and…

My homemade slutty brownies. Most won't consider them easily fit into a healthy goal. But they rock.

Turnip greens, blackeyed peas, porkchops, baked sweet potato, and cornbread muffins. I wish I knew how to post pics on here!

Been at this on and off for years. But this time, I'm doing things right, and have been since October. I'm very obese (sw: 253, cw: 227, gw: 135) I try to log everyday. When if I'm just guesrimating. When I don't log, and I gain weight, I know it's because of le, and I don't beat myself up to it. I joined a gym for the…

It'd just speed me up and make me eat faster.

If your friend messes up and injects meth, do you so it so they won't feel as bad about messing up? Edited for typo.

Exercise isn't requires for weight loss, only a calorie deficit. Weight loss is in the kitchen, and fitness is in the gym. :)

Start today. :)

Wait so I don't need to do a low carb cycling, IF, breakfast everyday, diet soda avoidance, chocolate is the devil, gluten free Chia seeds on everything and follow it up with a detox tea diet? ;)

Please tell me what is "stupid" about someone choosing a WOE that can be beneficial to their health. Folks who are diabetic tend to eat low carb/keto. But they're stupid, aren't they? Those with celiac disease avoid gluten. Idiots! All of us on MFP eat in the method that helps us best adhere to our goals, lifestyle, and…

Turkey bacon is like non alcoholic beer. I kid. I like turkey bacon, but it's NOT bacon.

so I just tried some riced cauliflower. actually, it was a steamable back of the riced cauliflower and sweet potato. i've heard raves about this stuff, so I grabbed a bag after the gym this AM. I...don't see what the big deal is. Perhaps cause it wasn't homemade? I derno. Not buying the green giant bag again, though.…

grubhub.com. I'm totes kidding. sorta. food scale. i don't have a lot of fun gadgets. theres my kitchenaid mixer, but its made to create amazing desserts that i don't get to partake in often.

Oh, I've seen a lot of things about Panera. While their pastries are horrible, if you want something delicious and low calorie....the turkey cranberry flatbread. ~310 calories, full of flavor and protein, and it is delicious and filling!

Just think, we used to eat these things every day, sometimes multiple servings. Eesh! Knowledge IS power!

I don't think anyone was insulting your weight loss. They just want to make sure that you are in fact, losing at a healthy weight. I've lost approximately the same in about 57 days. I think the concern is that your TDEE might require higher calories for your current deficit, which could mean you're not getting adequate…

Oh, and we already know this, but starbucks specialty drinks. I had a reward on my card this morning, so I'm not getting that cheap black coffee, I'm getting a $6 venti peppermint mocha. 540 calories. I knew it was going to be bad but eeeeesh! I try to keep my breakfast calories under 400, so needless to say, coffee was…

those pre-packaged muffins from like Publix or Sams? Those 400 something calories is per half a muffin. Who eats half a muffin? Heck, used to, for me, it'd be "who just eats one muffin!?" LOL

Me and Mexican pizzas. God, I love those things!
-
I'd use a recipe builder. Weigh dough raw, weigh all toppings, to get a calorie info for the entire Pizza. Then cook it. I'd put the serving size as however many slices you intend said Pizza to be (4, 6, 8, etc)

Use the guided setup on your MFP goals, and select "maintain weight"

I could eat a whole can of nuts. Seriously. Which is why, when I want them, I go to the bulk section, and buy no more than two ounces. *sad face*

Twas no accident, but this morning's Lender's Blueberry Bagel. 220 Calories. Normally, I only do 1/2 of one, but I worked out on a fasted stomach from 0315-0530 before work, so I was famished. At least I "earned" it during treadmill time. Lol.

Oh, and a small peanut butter cup blizzard? That son of a gun is like 530 calories!
-
MFP tends to overestimate calories BIG time. You're probably bur Ingram a lot less than you think. What are your stats (age, height, weight), and what.do you have your activity level set to? And how many calories are you given before exercise?
-
Oh, and I'm sure we all remember the tear that rolled down our cheeks the first time we weighed peanut butter.
