lol. you know that nowadays, you have to have certain sizes and shapes of bento style containers, and each color needs to represent fruit, veggie, meat, starch, etc. I'm all for the "cook stuff and put it in something, grab a water and off i go" method, too! :)

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, and a breakstones pineapple cottage cheese work snack: Roast beef/havarti rolled together Lunch: Lean Cuisine Dinner: baked chicken tenderloins, green beans, baked potato with sour cream and a 500 calories extra for that boredom munching done at night, lol.

It's good for weightless in the fact it does nothing to your body to scientifically assist with weight loss, but taking a shot tastes so terrible you'll lose your appetite. Use it to marinate pork in, though. That's a useful way to use that mess!

@ninerbuff, I was thinking the same thing. If one higher calorie meal details you so much, you gain, the rest of your meals for that week need to be evaluated as well. I wanna know what's so wrong with bacon and eggs? Cause I eat that like, 3 times a week.

post workout was a zone perfect bar, and black coffee. breakfast was plain fage greek yogurt, blueberries, and more black coffee. ~385 calories total.

Id compile lists of food you like to eat, and make meals off of that list. :) It's hard to plan meals for someone when you don't know their dietary needs, medical conditions, likes, dislikes, schedules, etc.

Syntha 6 peanut butter cookie protein powder mixed with a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a cup of coffee. Best shake ive ever had. Peanut Butter coffee is officially my new thing. :)

Zone perfect bars are good and taste like candy to me :) Oh and quest bars. There's several that's are super yum, but they're so damn expensive. Ugh. Lower the prices, quest!

Gravy biscuits, cheesy eggs, and buttered grits. That's the best. Not calorie wise. But the best! ;) Eat what you like, that fits your goals. Want a piece of fruit? Eat that, if it fits. Want a cheeseburger? Eat that, if it fits.

I take turmeric for inflammation reasons (early onset arthritis in knee, and psoriasis). Need to go ahead andget my yearly physical done early, because I have self diagnosed myself with low potassium levels(lol), and should see if I am correct and if I need an Rx. ;)

Well today, I had my first quest protein shake (strawberry and creme made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. holy crap, it was delicious!), some coffee with 2tbs half and half, and about 35 grams of deli roast beef wrapped around a cheese stick. 220 calories, 36 grams of protein.
