Has anyone used apple cider vinegar to help with weightloss? And if so how long until you saw results? And how much did you take?
Thanks!
Thanks!

It does nothing for weight loss, but does make a nice kitchen cleaner.8

Seconded; the health benefits often cited are a load of nonsense.0

It's good for weightless in the fact it does nothing to your body to scientifically assist with weight loss, but taking a shot tastes so terrible you'll lose your appetite.
Use it to marinate pork in, though. That's a useful way to use that mess!

Did it bruise? Rub some ACV ON IT!13 -
Do a search for the zillion threads asking the same. Sorry to say there are no shortcuts. Eat in a calorie deficit. Exercise if you want. Coming from someone down 113 lbs! You can do it if you commit!4

It makes some foods more palatable; I've got a cole slaw recipe that uses ground cashews and ACV in the dressing and it's tasty enough that I can forgo the creamy mayonnaise-y version for one with lower calories. It's good in marinades, too. But there's nothing magical about it.1

Apple cider vinegar has got to be this biggest woo that people talk about on here.

It doesn't help with weight loss. Any site, person, etc that says otherwise is lying. Plain and simple.2

Oh really? I'll have to google that - I actually swiched to white vinegar for cleaning and haven't been using the ACV.0 -
Like others has said, it does nothing for weight loss. Also, it can have some adverse interactions with some medications, and can lower your potassium .
I was pleased last week when Good Morning America ran a segment saying that the claims about ACV have not been proven and it is "not a magical elixir".0 -

It's just the latest in a never ending stream of so called miracle weight loss items.0

Good for several human skin conditions as well.
And I use it to get rid of the "new clothes smell." Have a new sports bra soaking in 1 cup ACV and 4 C water as I type.
I did take 1 T of ACV per day for several months for something unrelated to weight loss, and it did nothing for that (or weight loss.)0
