@trudemeanor wow, 30 years of natural hair. I wish I had that much time under my belt of being natural. Well I guess I should be coming to you for haircare tips! lol. This is a hard journey for me ( natural hair). One of the things I struggle with is eating right and drinking water. This has also caused my weight problems.
