Your instructor will always be disappointed unless she knows you gave it your all, if you do, then im sure she would be proud. Your "OH" would never be anything but amazed and slightly confused by whatever bendy nonsense that physics takes issue with you get upto on that pole, he is just glad to be there with you, enjoying…

Easy, judging others by my own standards. Has directly and indirectly led to much grief in my life.

Lots of good advice here, good luck and just keep going. Food for thought, when i reached my goal weight i found out how much my belly, the one area i was actually bothered about, weighs. 157 lbs, wobbly beer belly with almost the same measurements i started with, 150 lbs no belly -5 inches or so off the waist. All my…

I had 30-40 lbs to lose originally and it took at least half to come off before I noticed a big difference. You have a long way to go, just stick with it and it will happen.

If you are considering exercise, its not flu. The first sign of someone having flu is not them saying i have flu, its them saying "kill me". Exercise with a cold sure, if you feel upto it but you risk just dragging it out. Fluids and rest, these are what you need.

The incoherant ramblings of a crazy person. How? why!? This both shocks and disturbs me. Dry skin, doubt its caffeine / water related, i would be looking more at environmental factors, what could be drying it out?

welcome to the internet i guess, you are just experiencing a bit of impotent keyboard warrior rage. ignore psychotic rants of anonymous stranger and give them what credit they deserve, none. you have already dedicated more thought to this than what i would consider rational.

1 pint of water = 1 lb of weight. dont stress yourself over such small increases / losses, it could literally be anything.

Cheating? Easiest answer ever! People cheat because they are terrible human beings, they simply cant be bothered taking the honest route with their partner and ending the relationship first. Attempting to have cake and eat it = cheating. People may want to stray for all sorts of reasons but they only cheat because they are…
