Your weight will fluctuate daily, so bear that in mind if you are weighing often. Stick with it, 3 weeks is not a long time. couple of points that may / may not help. 1 pint of water = 1lb of weight, we are talking about quite small differences here that could be explained by an extra couple of cups of coffee. a new…

Your body has gotten wise to your shenanigans and you are on a bit of a plateau. I have found mixing things up like calorie intake and a different exercise routine usually gets things moving again.

Always cold, thats the worst part for me.

I wouldnt waste time being afraid of something you control, you are doing well, stick with it and you have nothing to fear.

You appear to be the lower end of Healthy according to the BMI tool http://www.myfitnesspal.com/tools/bmi-calculator

Hi, just had a quick poke at your diary and see it is a little all over the place, sometimes over somtimes under. This is probably your sticking point, so heres a couple of recommendations: 1. Less takeout, seriously, health issues aside its just a pain in the a*** to log correctly. 2. Try and stay within the calorie…

10 lbs over a month is fast, but not scary fast and will pretty surely slow down again soon, i say enjoy it while it lasts. first 3 months for me, 30 lbs loss or so, last 6 months, 16 lbs.

I have never read or been given a convincing argument for any particular routine or rules when it comes to splitting up meals etc. The number of calories at the end of the day vs the amount burned is all that matter as far as weight loss goes, make a routine that works for you so you feel full throughout the day.

MFP's default allowance for protein is reall really low, as mentioned above. Most likely, you get more gas, thats what will happen.

I am not attempting to be rude and offer my sincere apology if my comment came across as such, i also did not intend my one sentence response to be seen as a lecture and offer the same for that. I merely wanted to point out the most likely conclusion for the experiment based on things i have read here before.

Anyone who lets you go is an idiot, barring any undisclosed psychotic behaviour. Dont give up on the idea of love, just be you, do what you enjoy and the right person will come along eventually, or at very least a few near misses. Love is the best thing in life and the worst, it can either make you or break you so dont…

Then im left a bit puzzled as to how i am still alive.

any liquid you drink or the liquid contained in your food is going to end up as water and it all counts. tea and coffe are diuretic but you will never get a negative amount of water from this effect, unless you are mainlining espresso shots.

Its good, oh so good.

Your perception is off, and its probably something you should seek help for. Talk to your doctor if at all possible.

You are very pretty, although this thread does suggest you might lack a bit of confidence. Also nice *****. Edit, ok automatic bad word thing, you got me, i was talking about the cat.

The one you are on should do the trick?

screw the scale, take measurements and keep on doing what you are doing, the scale will move eventually but is a crappy indicator of progress.
