Yes!!! The more muscle you have the more calories you burn even at rest! Be sure to get protein after your strength training workouts to refuel the muscles! Keep at it! Good Job! Strength training rules!!!

I love sweet potato fries! I have a NuWave oven (I love it!) I find the smaller I cut up the 'fries" the better they are. I can't say I ever heard off that. Now, on the other hand, the best time to eat is after you workout though. Your metabolism is on overdrive and protein is good if you were weight training and breaking the muscle down. Therefore the protein will help rebuild the muscle faster. well, the emotional eating is a hard one but do you have a wii. They have tennis on there and it's something active you can do while sitting and it just might take your mind off the eating. It's a lot of fun!
