I LOVE CLX! Haven't done the other. I have however done my own lifting workouts at the gym and had good results but got stuck after a couple years. That's when I picked up CLX and oh boy.... did it work! It was great. It's still one of my top programs that I recommend. GO HEAVY OR GO HOME... as Chalene Johnson says.…

BTW when I say within one hour of lifting... that means right after you finish your lifting. YOu have an hour window that it is important to get your protein in. = D
-
You have a lot going on with ALL those workouts. It's best to consume protein within one hour of lifting. However, if you lift then do insanity do it right after your insanity workout.

I LOVE turbo fire! I will admit it's a bit to get use to as far as the combo's are concerned. I Found for myself that the "intro" workouts were a bit to drug out and I did better to just go into the regular workouts. Oh but you can get very addicted to it. I just finished insanity and all I can think of is how much I miss…

ALso... when I mentioned to up your calories... this is from time to time. Say you start at 150 lbs... eat around 2000 to 2500 calories til you gain 3-5 lbs. Then go back to 1200 calories to drop those 3- 5 lbs. (no longer than 3 days!!!) Then go back to eating 2000-2500 calories, Then once you gain the 3-5 lbs go back to…

You know what... change up your workout and/or focus on eating more a couple days per week. You say you have done P90x and CLX many times... then your body is used to it. Do something different... INSANITY, BODY PUMP or heck... go out for a run or swimming. I have done the shakeology cleanse, you might drop a couple lbs…

I'm finishing up the last week! 2 workouts and 1 fit test remain. I like it ... It is a challenge but well worth it. Workouts in the first month are around 30-45 minutes. Month 2 the workouts are 45-60 minutes long. Take breaks as you need them and you find that each day you show up ... over time you get stronger. Week 1…

I have one. I'm honestly not impressed. Of course I might like it if I could get my computer and it synced together but I have been unable to. Haven't been wearing it and it shows the calories I burned.... really! How does that work if I'm not wearing it!
-
Also... you asked how much it cost.. I got mine directly from the company (team beachbody) but with a 25% discount being a coach and all. I paid $89.89 plus tax and shipping for the base kit. However, after a couple weeks in I went ahead and got the advanced workouts also and yoga mat. If your flooring doesn't have any…

I'm on my last week. I've dropped a couple pant sizes also. Stronger, leaner for sure. It's not easy... it's a workout but it's a good one. As long as you do your best and bring all you got each workout... it works! With your goals, I"m sure you can accomplish this with no problems. GO FOR IT! Time for you to DIG DEEP!

5.2/5.3 ....... Goal is 125-135 I hit 133 before and I was fit for sure. Just had a tiny bit of tummy left.
-
I have one... mine does that too. From what I understand it takes away calories burned for being INACTIVE, such as siting for a while.

If you were to ask me if I think it's worth it than I would say yes! I've done the protein powders from wal-mart and GNC for after lifting sessions. They did there job. When Shake first came out I was hesitant but gave it a try. I didn't like the taste at all. I mean really... compare that to a DQ blizzard of course it…

I'm in Lufkin! I do know of the pace setters that are here in Lufkin... have you located them yet? I know they are on facebook as well as myself. kellyboatright@ymail.com - to find me directly on facebook too = )

As for P90X and Turbo Fire.... they do show lower impact and/or modified moves. Not for sure on Insanity. So you can start but know they are challenging and you do what you can do and continue to press and do more with each workout. Or you can start with the other programs that lead up to these you mention. Such as....…

I don't have a pt cert but I did just pass a group X certification!!! Waiting to get a killer deal to grab up a PT cert. Currently working on becoming a HHH (HIp Hop Hustle) certification.

Both are very important. I think your current routine will work well. And yes, variety with it all will do you wonders too.

I apologize to get into this on this thread but the company I am with is NOT a pyramid-scheme. There is no scheme or fad. Shakeology is a whole food based shake that I happen to LOVE. As for the company that offers this shake, it does offer a MLM (mulit level marketing) opportunity which happens to be very successful and I…

I looked into it once. I agree with the above post. However, in today's market.... you don't get the nutrients you need from our foods. Even when you are eating healthy. THe soils don't provide what they use too. So, supplements are important!!!!! I choose to go with SHakeology. It's amazing to read about all the wonderful…

I use to go couple times a week. SInce I started on Shakeology over 2 years ago, I noticed the first week that it worked with this... I started going everyday. sometimes twice a day. Now, 2 years later.... still regular... sometimes 3 x's a day.

I happen to love ChaLEAN Extreme !!!
-
I am in love with turbo fire!!! Chalene is fun and motivating.
-
I agree.... I prefer ChaLEAN Extreme (Chalene J) over P90X (Tony Horton) ~~ Chalene is my favorite!!! Love her personality and the way she motivates and trains. I haven't done INSANITY (except one workout and it kicked my butt! Sore for days. I want to do the whole program. I will one of these day's. )

I was out of shape when I took on Hip Hop Abs YEARS ago and I really enjoyed it. For me it was a workout but you are in shape so it won't be challenging but it can be that DIFFERENT workout you are looking for. It's not hard to learn or follow. I lost weight doing this program and I think if you are looking for something…

Desire is the key to motivation, but it's determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal -- a commitment to excellence -- that will enable you to attain the success you seek. - Mario Andretti

I'm a Chalene fan.... so my first choice would be Turbo FIre, second would be ChaLEAN Extreme. Third would be Hip Hop ABs. I've done P90X (well 3/4's of 90 days) and a touch of 10 min trainer, Turbo Jam, and Yoga Booty Ballet. I have not tried INSANITY yet. Haven't done any other either like Slim in 6, etc.
