I'm thinking of getting a new BB program once the baby is here and I'm cleared for exercise again. What's your personal favorite?
Thanks!

I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme right now, and I think she's fantastic. Good luck & congrats on the new baby!0

I love Turbo Jam and it's what helped me to lose nearly 60lbs already. I also have done Insanity and love it too. It all depends on what level of intensity you are looking for. Insanity was great for building muscle and endurance but I love turbo jam for the cardio and full body workout. Email me if you want to know more about either, I would love to tell you my experience.0

I'm a Chalene fan.... so my first choice would be Turbo FIre, second would be ChaLEAN Extreme. Third would be Hip Hop ABs. I've done P90X (well 3/4's of 90 days) and a touch of 10 min trainer, Turbo Jam, and Yoga Booty Ballet.
I have not tried INSANITY yet. Haven't done any other either like Slim in 6, etc.0 -
Turbo Jam and TurboFire! I've completed TJ and now I am on Week 9 of TF and LOVE IT! I'm going to do Insanity once I complete TurboFire0

Gotta say the same as a lot of others...TurboFire all the way... I love it, I love Chalene and I am dripping in sweat by the end of it. That is the program that made me decide to be a coach because Chalene is so motivating.0

I love P90X, Insanity is great for straight up cardio, Brazil Butt Lift has been challenging for my backside, and I'm looking forward to Insanity Asylum (did I say that?).0

+1 for Chalene. She's not overly perky or abrasive like some fitness video instructors are. I've just started the Push phase and I feel ready to kick some @ss. On the days off from the program I do a Cathe Friedrich MMA series video or one of Chalene's yoga sessions.0 -
I started my journey on Dec 6 2010 at 162 lbs. I committed myself to 'POWER90' - for 90 days Dec 6 2010 to March 5 2011...I lost 22 lbs & 16.5" off of my body - I also put myself on a strict diet.
March 7 2011 to June 4 2011 - I am doin' P90X LEAN..So far I have lost 20 lbs & about 8.5" again off my body...
June 6 2011 - I will start P90X CLASSIC to gain up my muscle mass ....once this set of 90 days is over
I am doin' Insanity in Sept 2011
I am ADDICTED...to Tony Horton & all the front people of BB programs0 -
1) Turbo Jam
2) Turbo Fire
3) ChaLean Extreme
I couldn't really pick just one0 -
1. Turbo Fire
2. Chalean Extreme
3. SLim in 60 -
Only one I've tried has been Hip Hop Abs and my mom and I have a fun time with that.0

I am so in love with Turbo Fire. It's the perfect exercise for me. Great music, motivating instructor, fun moves.... It's the best.
I started in January with Turbo Jam and then moved on to Turbo Fire at the end of March. Chalene Johnson is the bomb!0 -
I think it depends on your fitness level.
If you are already at a high fitness level - P90X is my favorite
If you are looking for something to get back into fitness after a break or need a primer first - Hip Hop Abs!
Another though - sign up for Shakeology home delivery and those Shakeology DVD's that come with your first shipment are free they pack as punch as well as a good starting place - you get two benefits in one - Shakeology for weightloss and the DVD 's for fitness.0
