IT's not out of the house but the wii games are a lot of fun. I agree with the biking and going to the park and playing ball, or running around. Tennis, Swimming.

I started with the 'learning" version and found it difficult to go for it and then slow down. So, I thought and just went for it. I found this to be better and I think I was able to catch on quicker. It is, it's good for sooooooo many different things! It can help someone who isn't eating right to get a good dose of nutrition in. We just listened to Carl D himself on the coach call the other Monday talking about how this isn't you everyday protein powder supplement. It's whole foods, no artificial junk to make it cheaper. Yep!!! Chocolate Shakeology and the p90X protein bars! I use to eat the FIber Plus antioxidant Bars too. Those are good. There is also Dark Chocolate if you can limit yourself.

You do not have to have a chin up bar... In the videos they will also demonstrate how you can use a resistance band in it's place.
